Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before check-in.

For cancellations made between 7 and 5 days before check-in, a penalty equal to 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

For cancellations made within 5 days of check-in, or in the event of a no-show, the total reservation amount is non-refundable.

The tourist tax of €6 per person, per night, is not included in the final price (to be calculated and paid at check-in). Children under 12 are exempt.

Closing time: 3:00 PM
The trip start time is considered to be 3:00 PM (local time) of the listing on the check-in date, regardless of the actual scheduled check-in time. All cancellation periods prior to a trip are calculated based on this time. The daily cancellation deadline for en-route cancellations is 3:00 PM (local time). After this time, cancellation fees are non-refundable.

Refund of Fees:
Nightly rates and service fees are refundable only if the cancellation is made 7 days prior to arrival. Cleaning and service fees for FlorenceHospitality and/or its partners are non-refundable for cancellations made after 3:00 PM (local time) of the listing for the scheduled check-in date.

Taxes:
FlorenceHospitality and/or its partners will refund any taxes collected on the amounts refunded to guests, while remitting any taxes due on non-refundable amounts, even partial, for cancelled reservations to the relevant tax agency.
