Cancel up to 7 days before your trip to receive a full refund, including all costs. If you cancel less than 7 days before your trip, you will not receive a refund.

Cut off time is 3pm
The travel start time is 3:00 pm (local time) advertised on the check-in date, regardless of the actual scheduled check-in time. All cancellation periods before a trip are calculated based on this time. Cancellations during the trip have a daily cut-off time of 3:00 pm (local time). After this time, cancellation penalties are non-refundable.
Reimbursement of costs
Prices per night and service costs are refundable only if the cancellation is made 7 days before arrival; FlorenceHospitality and/or partner cleaning and service fees are non-refundable for cancellations made after 3:00 pm (local time) of the announcement for the scheduled check-in date.
Taxes
FlorenceHospitality and/or their partners will reimburse any taxes collected relating to the amounts refunded to guests, while it will remit to the relevant revenue agency the taxes due for non-refundable amounts, even partial, for canceled reservations.
