Beautiful newly renovated apartment, located in the historic center of Florence between Piazza San Marco and Piazza dell'Indipendenza, a few steps from the Santa Maria Novella station and Fortezza da Basso.
The house consists of two bedrooms, one of which is in the mezzanine, a bathroom and a half and a living room with kitchenette.
All the furniture is new and made to measure, the windows are double, armored door and fiber internet.
The presence of an elevator (capacity 2 people).
Entering the house through the security door, we immediately find on the left the bathroom complete with shower and bidet; on the right we have the spiral stairs (43cm wide) that lead to the room in the mezzanine (maximum height 180cm going down) where we find a desk for working and a single bed which on request can be prepared as a double bed;
The corridor before the stairs takes us first to the double bedroom where there is a 3-door wardrobe and a private bathroom (without a shower).
Moving forward in the corridor we would find ourselves in the living room area with kitchenette, where we find a kitchen fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal during your stay (instead of the traditional oven we have placed a microwave which also has the grill function) .
The living room is completed by a table for 4 people.
The house was renovated in the summer of 2022, with quality materials and lots and lots of love and care;
!!!! We remind you that to access the small room in the mezzanine you have to climb a spiral staircase with a width of 43cm; the maximum height of the small room is 183 cm, decreasing.
