The apartment is a modern ground-floor unit located on the island of La Maddalena, with a private entrance and a reserved parking space directly in front of the property.
It is an excellent solution for a family or group of people - it accommodates up to 6 people.
It features air conditioning throughout, a washing machine, a small patio with table and chairs, accessible from the living room, and a completely new kitchen equipped with everything you need.
Interior:
• Bedroom: cozy and functional, with a double bed and a bunk bed, ideal for families or small groups.
• Living room with kitchenette: bright and well-organized space, equipped with a sofa bed for additional guests. The kitchenette is equipped for every need.
• Bathroom: complete with shower, bidet, and all the amenities.

• Washing machine, for convenience during your stay.
• Air conditioning, for maximum comfort in any season.
• Domestic hot water heated by an 80-liter electric boiler.
Outdoors:
The living room leads to a small private patio, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Bed linens and towels (one set per guest), as well as final cleaning, are included in the cleaning fee.

Car: If you have a car, you can take it on the ferry from Palau. With a vehicle, you can easily explore all the island's beaches and scenic roads.
Motorcycle or Scooter: Ideal for getting around easily, especially in the summer months when traffic can be heavier. You can also rent scooters directly on the island.
2. Cycling
La Maddalena is perfect for cyclists thanks to its small size and scenic roads. You can rent bicycles (including electric ones) on the island for a more eco-friendly and enjoyable experience.
3. Public Bus
A local bus service connects the center of La Maddalena with the main beaches and areas of the island. It's an economical option, although schedules can be limited.
4. Walking
We're quite a walk from the main attractions, but this guarantees relaxation and peace in the surrounding area.
5. Taxi
Taxis are available for quicker trips or to reach specific points on the island. However, they are more expensive than other options.
6. Boat or Organized Tours
To explore the archipelago and its beautiful islands, such as Caprera, Spargi, and Budelli, we recommend renting a boat or joining an organized tour. Many services depart from the port of La Maddalena.
